Walk Description:

A slower paced walk for those who want to be outdoors but prefer to take their time to observe nature and walk at a relaxed pace.

As the weather becomes warmer we will add some yoga poses and meditation to this walk.

Location Notes:

Meet in the car park near the Rangers Lodge. Access is from Polhill on the A224, 400 yards along Shacklands Rd.
