- LET`S DISCOVER HIDDEN NORFOLK -
THIS IS SUCH A FUN DAY OUT!!!!
We meet at Cley Village Hall and catch the Coastal Hopper bus up to Sheringham. We then walk back - along the coastal path, through Weybourne, Kelling & Salthouse. We avoid the 4 miles of shingle btw on Weybourne / Cley beach and take a wonderful inland trail to Salthouse.
Expect amazing views, steam trains, windmills, glorious North Norfolk loveliness PLUS plenty of pitstops.
Moderate 3.2 mph all the way. 9 miles
Bring snacks and drinks for en route fuel.
We will end in The George at Cley for refreshing garden treats...
These SATURDAY SPECIAL walks will be in varied locations (Watch This Space!) and approx 4-6 miles long. We love to explore new routes…

We try to aim to upload walks TWO weeks prior to the event on the website.
On average we clock up approx 5 miles at steady Gear 2 pace.
PLEASE COME EQUIPPED WITH PAWS!!!! A MUST!
Please dress appropriately for the weather, and don’t forget water, waterproofs (if necessary), suncream, bug spray AND ASTHMA INHALER AND CHECK YOUR EMAILS ON THE MORNING OF THE WALK FOR ANY UPDATES

Cancelling a walk:
If you are unable to attend a walk, PLEASE cancel by 6pm the day before as there will undoubtedly be people eager to take your place. 24 hours notice will help everyone.

Location Notes:
This is a large FREE village car park with space for approx 80 cars. It is on the site of Cley Village Hall, The Fairstead, Cley-Next-the-Sea, NR25 7RJ To find the car park/hall, follow signs to the free car park from the main A149 road. It's tucked up a small lane! If the village hall is open, there are toilets we can use.
