Walk Description:

RUTH'S LONGER 2-3 HOUR TUESDAY WANDERER MONTHLY WALK (meet at 10.20am for a prompt 10.30am start time) - Led by Parks and Pathways Walk Leader Ruth Evans. It will be a moderate pace 2.5 -3 hour walk of around 5 to 8 miles from different locations taking place once a month when Ruth is available.

THIS MONTH - Join Ruth for a revisit to the Dunham Massey Ice Cream Farm. This five and a half mile walk starts and ends at Dunham Massey Ice Cream Farm, and is on mostly flat terrain. It takes in the Transpennine Trail, the Bridgewater Canal, Dunham Town, and Dunham Massey. The Ice Cream Farm will be open post-walk for their delicious ice cream, and/or a light lunch. Visit https://www.dunhammasseyicecream.com/ for more information. There are no toilets at the start point, but there are toilet facilities at Dunham Massey Hall, partway round the walk. Maybe sneak in an extra ice cream too at the Snugbury's Ice Cream Parlour at Dunham Massey!
