Walk Description:

 A mixed paced walk (suitable for ALL) of approximately 2 miles focusing on improving technique.  

Nordic Walking Gear  1, 2, 3, 4 Approximate pace 20 minute/mile Approximate distance 2 miles Approximate duration 1 hour Suitable for those who have completed a Power of Poles Introduction Course or Armchair to Active Course those who are looking to improve and refine their Nordic Walking technique
