Walk Description:

The Summer Solstice ushers in the warmest season and reminds us that the season is short, slipping away day by day. And it's the perfect time to enjoy nature!

Celebrate the Summer Solstice and the longest day of the year with our fabulous 4mile adventure walk.

Starting at our Woodoaks, we head towards our vantage point for the full sunrise. We will spend around 15 minutes here, enjoying the peace of the full sunrise.

We then continue our walk before returning to The Tea Shack for our breakfast at 6.45am.

Please indicate on the GOOGLE FORM your choices for breakfast.

All orders need to be submitted before MONDAY 16th June and if you cancel your walk after this date please be aware that you may still need to pay for your breakfast. If you book the walk after the 14th June, please contact The Tea Shack direct to place your order.

You will need to pay for your breakfast on the day.

If you need to hire poles, please message Tracy in advance. There is a £2 hire charge. Pole hire subject to availability.

CANCELLATIONS

You are free to cancel your booking using the booking system up to 7 days before the walk commences.

If you need to cancel your booking within 7 days of the start time of the event, you must contact Tracy Reeve by telephone on 07792 070286. Please do not remove yourself from the attendance list.  

Any refund will be discretionary and will be dependent on you contacting Tracy Reeve (or nominated deputy) in advance. If you are a Direct Debit member you may be charged the full walk price. When there is a special event listed the LATE CANCELLATION policy may be more than 24 or 48 hours and will be noted in the walk description.
