Stollers and Striders Health Walk – A Fun and Social Session 

This is a highly social and supportive session, perfect for improving your health and fitness. The group is managed to allow you to walk at a level that works for you.

Who is it for?This session is ideal for:

Those looking to build up to longer or more vigorous walks. Individuals with health concerns who want to take the first steps toward improved fitness.

We also have a lot of fun as we enjoy exercising in the fresh air and building a supportive community. This is a very social session, making it a great way to meet others while taking care of your health.

GETTING THE BEST VALUE

You can do an unlimited number of Health Walks for as little as £12.00 per month. This works out at £3.00 per session if you attend, on average once a week and £1.50 if you come twice a week.
