Walk Description:

A chance to see the wildlife at Groby Pool as well as Nordic walk the meadows means this isthe perfect way to experience Nordic walking for the first time and at a gentle pace throughout. Perfect for the beginner or those getting back to Nordic walking. Learnabout the benefits of Nordic walking with our qualified Nordic walking instructor.

Poles are provided.

All you need are comfortable walking shoes or boots with enclosed toes (our poles have spikes), a small back pack to carry any necessary items (both arms need to be able to swing freely) and wear layered clothing as most people find they heat up along the way.
