Walk Description:
Join us for a gentle walk through the delightful grounds of Kedleston Park, where we’ll take our time to identify birds and listen for individual bird songs. Please bring your own binoculars if you have them.
There will be plenty of pauses along the way to help spot and identify the local birdlife. After the walk, we’ll enjoy a 30-minute social refreshment break in the restaurant as we chat about the birds we've seen.
Please bring your National Trust membership card. If you’re not a member, let your Walk Leader know in advance, as a small entry fee applies.
Free for DD members; discounted for PAYG participants. Save money with Direct Debit—£34.50 per month includes all weekly walks.
We recommend bringing a water bottle or hydration pack for use during the walk.
If you expect to be delayed, please contact your WALX Guide by phone—either leave a voicemail or send an SMS to the number provided below.
Please ensure your PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) is up to date. Inform us in writing of any changes to your medical condition or physical/mental wellbeing, including surgery, falls, knocks, or other incidents.
