Walk Description:

The Power of the Poles induction is suitable most levels of fitness and will allow you to perform NWUK gears 1 and 2.  You will have an understaning of how to use poles both with and without straps.  On successful completion you will be issued with the NWUK Freedom Passport, allowing you to join walks throughout the Uk.

Poles are provided for your use.  You will need to wear suitable footwear and appropriate clothing depending on weather.
