Walk Description:
These walks are n lead by qualified walk leaders and can be from an hour to 3 hours long. It is a moderate paced walk with a few stops. An hours social walk naturally tends to be at a quick pace than the 90+ minutes.
There different types of Social walks during the week at WALX.
The Goldilocks walk is not too fast or not too slow... it is on flat terrain with no hills. The Goldilocks walk is ideal to getting you back to fitness or getting you back if you are in reehab.
Social walks will be of a variety some an hour long others much longer. The Themed walks/ longer walks will be longer and the terrain is likely to be more challenging and the duration will usually be 2 hours or more. A moderate level of fitness is required for these walk.
Walks at Inspire Retirement village is a social walk for residents and non residents of Inspire Retirement Village. These walks only will be taken around the parks of the village,
