Walk Description:

A beautiful ciircular walk of just over 5 miles in Linwood with spectacular views and scenery!

We'll meet in the pub car park (you can park in the FE car park before you get to the pub and walk along the track, but it's not big enough for all of us).  From here, we walk across beautiful heathland, across a river and up the hill towards the woods, enjoying spectacular views all the way!  We'll then walk through the woods before starting our descent and then homeward track.

We'll get to the pub in time for a light lunch which will be pre-ordered.  Please choose from the lunch menu online and email me with your menu choices when you book the walk:

We'll close this walk on 17 July to allow time to confirm numbers and menus with the pub.

Location Notes:

There is a car park next to the pub and also an overflow car park. There's also a small Forestry England on your left on the track leading to the park. If you'd like to park here, allow an extra 10 minutes to walk down to the meeting point.
