Total Body walking easy fit session with poles and gentle routines designed to restore vitality, tone bodies and increase mobility and flexibility with a warmup and gradually increasing pace and routines over the distance walked, gradually relaxing to stretches for flexibility at the end. All in the great outdoors.
Poles are available on loan if needed. Clothing appropriate to weather and activity with good outdoor trainers carry a water bottle and you may need midge repellent and, or sunscreen
Café may be available at the end for a quick catch up before you leave.
