Walk Description:
Total Body walking with poles, routines designed to burn off calories, tone bodies and increase endurance and flexibility with a warmup and gradually increasing pace, routines and intervals over the distance walked, gradually cooling down to stretches for flexibility at the end. All in the great outdoors.
Poles are available on loan if needed. Clothing appropriate to weather and activity with good outdoor trainers carry a water bottle and you may need midge repellent and, or sunscreen.
Café may be available at the end for quick catch up before you leave.
