Walk Description:

This is the beginnings of something new, a ladies only session. This has been included on. We hope with enough interest to continue these sessions on a regular basis. Please note that although it is a ladies only session, your instructor is male as we do not yet have a female instructor, perhaps YOU might become the first one in the area.

This is a Total Body Walx session with poles, routines designed to burn off calories, tone bodies and increase endurance and flexibility with a warmup and gradually increasing pace, routines and intervals over the distance walked, gradually cooling down to stretches for flexibility at the end. All in the great outdoors.

Why Freya’s Followers, quite simply I could not think of anything else (Freya was the Norse goddess of Love and War) If the group want to change the name, come up with something good and we will go with it,

Please ensure that you have suitable clothing appropriate for the weather and sturdy walking trainers or boots, also bring some water with you for your own hydration, you may want to consider bringing suntan crème or insect repellent as well.

Cafe may be available at the end for refreshment and a blether.
