Walk Description:

Enjoy the feeling of escaping to the country, only a few miles from Hampstead. This summer walk explores the countryside around Totteridge, going out through a series of meadows and returning via Darlands Nature Reserve. It is on firm country footpaths with a short section of pavement towards the end.

We will be able to stop for coffee/tea at the Vero Cafe before finishing at Woodside Park Station.

Toilets at Totteridge and Whetsone station (Ladies southbound platform, Gents northbound) and at the cafe.

Meet for an 10.30 am start at Totteridge and Whetstone Underground Station by the coffee kiosk.

Travel by tube to Totteridge and Whetstone (Northern Line, High Barnet Branch).

Free parking for cars in Longland Drive, off Totteridge Lane, round the corner from the station.

Location Notes:

To maintain social distancing, meet about 50m down the hill from the tube entrance where the park opens up.
