Walk Description:
Join Paul for this moderate 6.8 mile walk. Departing from The Feathers Inn Wadesmill, we cross open fields to Sacombe Wood then on to High Cross before proceeding to Cold Christmas along the Hercamlow Way. The final stretch takes in the delightful village of Thundridge before returning back to Wadesmill. We come across several fords which we safely cross or by-pass.
This is a delightful countryside walk with amazing views for many miles around!
Walkers are requested to arrive at the venue 10 minutes before the start time to allow for parking, shoe change, pole adjustment etc, so that the walk can start promptly at the time indicated.
