Our Nordic WALX are graded so please take a look at the intensity levels indicated in the class details.

The Saturday Stroller WALX is of easy intensity.

If you feel unwell between the time of booking the walk and attending please err on the side of caution and cancel.

Remember: Monthly membership gives you unlimited classes for only  £22 per month
