A classic Nordic WALX to raise your heart rate. This is a moderate intensity Nordic walk... suitable for most fitness levels - but not a stroll in the park!

This walk is on mixed terrain and makes the most of our beautiful countryside. It's a wonderful way to enjoy being outdoors on a Sunday.
