Distance: 4 miles Terrain: Varied - footpaths, woodland, fields, quiet lanes, town centre Dress/Footwear: Please dress appropriately for the weather. Supportive shoes/trainers with a good tread that you are happy to get dirty. Don't forget waterproofs, a small rucksack maybe useful as this can keep your arms free, and to bring water for refreshment. Please ensure to bring any necessary medication that is needed. Parking costs £1 for 3 hours - Toilets and Cafe at Morrisons nearby.
