Walk Description:

 

This walk takes us from Aldbourne to Liddington road and climbs up to Sugar Hill. We then join the Ridgeway and follow that over to Liddington Hill and the ancient earth works. There are commanding views over Swindon and the Marlborough Downs. We then keep to Ridgeway in the direction of Ogbourne St Andrew and then turn back to descned back to the start. 

 

Location Notes:

Park by the byway indicated here. If this area is full then drive on and park on lay by on Aldbourne to Liddington B4192 road - before you reach the Ridgeway.
