Walk Description:

For those who have completed the Learn to Nordic walk course – these action packed one hour walks are designed to help you to improve your fitness levels and gain FAST results.

Your qualified instructor will add motivating drills and exercises into a fast paced fun walk.

Participants need to be willing and able to walk at Gear 3 for short bursts.

Location Notes:
