Whatever the reason, our Walk2Fitness course is for you!
Starting Sunday 27 February at 1pm
Over 5 weeks we will aim to increase the distance and help you increase your stamina from 3.5 miles to 7 miles*, as well as adding in some exercises to improve your fitness levels. By the end of the 5 weeks you should be able to join our walks confident in the knowledge that you can slot right in!
Once you have booked the first session we’ll book you onto future sessions for free. If you can’t make any of the sessions, let us know and we’ll see what we can do
