Binerflon is a Biathlon of Nordic Walking and target shooting with Nerf guns
Get your kids active they won`t even know or care that they are exercising.
Parents and older siblings are welcome to participate too.
The basic premise.
In a manner similar to the biathlon, which most will have seen on TV in the winter Olympics, where the athletes ski (Nordic/cross country) and shoot targets.
In this instance we substitute the Nordic skiing with Nordic Walking and the rifle for the harmless Nerf gun.
For those who are not familiar with Nerf guns these are toy guns used by children (and adults) which fire soft foam darts over a short distance and pose no threat of injury in normal usage.
