Our Nordic WALX are graded so please take a look at the intensity levels indicated in the class details.

The Saturday Stroller  Nordic WALX is of easy intensity and at a relaxed paced walk open to all abilities. Faster walkers will be encouraged to increase their steps and double back where necessary.

 

 

If you feel unwell between the time of booking the walk and attending, please err on the side of caution and cancel.

 

Remember: Monthly membership gives you unlimited classes for only £22 per month

Car park can get busy depending on the time of day. Toilet facilities.
