Walk Description:

Learn to Nordic Walk this is a well recognised course to help you learn  the technique to nordic walking. This is a 4 week course of 1 hour sessions suitable for all abilities and poles for these sessions will be provided.

This course will take place on the Harbury rugby pitch as it a good location to learn the technique. Good supporting shoes are required, walking boots or trainers are good. This activity will take place outside regardless of t he weather so dress appropiatley and bring some water and maybe a snack.

this course is a great introduction to Nordic Walking is great fun and I look forward to seeing you there.
