Walk Description:

We'll set off across the open heathland, past the Beaulieu Road Pony Sale Yard and cross the road to the open Shatterford common where we'll enjoy big skies and beautiful views before heading in to Denny Wood. Coming back across the heathland, we can cross the bridge to the Drift Inn and stop off for a coffee (not compulsory).  There's a short stretch of tarmac in Denny Wood so you may want your paws.

If the Beaulieu Road car park is full (It's not very big), you can park at the hotel if you're staying for coffee or you can park at Shatterford when it's open.  The meeting point is Beaulieu Road car park wherever you park!
