Join Emma for a 1hr WORKOUT Nordic Walk at Aspley Woods.
*Note - Parking at Bow Brickhill, near the Church for this walk.
Workout Walk pace 6km p/hr to get the heart pumping! There WILL be Hills!

TERRAIN: Woodland paths and hills
DISTANCE: approx 6km
Please arrive promptly, at least 10mins before the walk is due to start, so that walks can start on time.
