Walk Description:

These WALX make every step count! Total Body walking™ is a unique mix of drills, strength exercises, the use of nordic walking poles and other innovative fitness walking kit to help target the upper body too. Delivered by our fully qualified Instructors who will plan WALX that work on all aspects of fitness and make the most of being Outdoors!

Are you a beginner and looking to get fit? Are you looking to increase your strength and flexibility for an event? Are you looking to inprove your stamina and balance? Or perhaps you just want an hours fun exercise in the fresh air. 

Whatever your reasons this session is for you! Using drills, some equipment and what nature provides you can work at your own ability. Join with or without poles.All set in the stunning surroundings of Badbury Rings

No facilties at this location - please bring water and wear clothing suitable for outdoor exercise. There are some inclines in this session but you can take them at your pace. 

Parkings is free for NT members otherwise there is a n hourly charge. 

Location Notes:

The Badbury Rings Main Car Park is at the end of a gravel road. There is a sign post for the car park on the Blandford Road. The car park is free for National Trust members, otherwise charges apply.
