Walk Description:

Come and try a 30 minute session that will help you understand just how beneficial Nordic Walking can be and how it is far more than just walking with poles!

Get a taste of how light you will feel on your feet, how the whole body is mobilised and discover how the poles can propel you along working upper and lower body. You will also understand why it is important to learn the technique correctly in order to get maximum benefit.

Pole hire included.

We'll also tell you about the regular walks and activities that we offer at Milton Keynes Nordic Walking 7 days a week in and around Milton Keynes, Woburn and Aspley Woods.
