Walking with poles is a low-impact activity that’s easy on the joints and provides numerous benefits:

Improved Speed: Walk faster with minimal extra effort. Full-Body Workout: Engage your upper body and legs for a more effective workout. Enhanced Results: Burn more fat, strengthen your core, and tone your upper and lower body.

Programme Details:

Part 1: Learn the basics with strapless poles, and proper posture. After completing Part 1, you can join our regular WALX programme for ongoing sessions. Part 2 (Optional): Take your skills further with advanced techniques.

You can do an unlimited number of walks and exercise sessions, including online classes for as little as £25 per month. This is as little as £3.12 per session if you attend twice a week.
