This is a brisk walk along the canals and/or parks and/or gardens of Leamington. There are no hills on this walk making it an ideal walk to start to build your fitness. It is a social walk so you will have plenty of opportunity to  chat and get to know other walkers.

The route does vary every week.

  This walk will build your cardio fitness as we will only take short breaks .
