Walk Description:

A lively early?spring exploration of Arne Nature Reserve, perfect if you’re craving a bit of wildness after winter. We’ll follow easy but varied trails through woodland and open heath, keeping our senses tuned for the first real signs of the season — fresh shoots, birdsong and the possibility of deer moving across the landscape. The route takes us out towards the shoreline, giving us time to wander along the beach if the tide allows with views of Poole Harbour. With big views, shifting habitats, and plenty of chances to spot wildlife, it’s an uplifting way to stretch your legs, shake off the last of winter, and enjoy the thrill of spring arriving outdoors together.

Entry is free to RSPB members (please bring along your membership card) or you can pay an entry fee of £5 per person for the day. This goes towards helping protect the reserve and its inhabitants as well as conservation work through out the area.

There is a cafe for after the walk refreshments and toilets at the start of the walk.
