Come and meet the local WALX experts to find out how to get more out of walking! Whether you want to build fitness through walking, manage pain so you can walk comfortably, prepare for a challenge or simply join a sociable group of local walkers - we can help.
We can show you how to walk well at the right level for you - explain how to use walking as your daily fitness regime or train for a Camino, mountain hike or distance walk.
We will introduce you to walking drills, walking poles and explain how WALX could work for you with low cost regular sessions led by experts.
Location Notes:
Wareham Rec entrance is next to junction of Monmouth and Worgret Road Just across from Purbeck District Council Office. Meet near the play area. Some off street parking or you can park in Streche Road CP. (Charges apply £1/hr)
