Walk Description:
Each week you will gain more knowledge on walking with Nordic Walking poles. Each session is specifically designed to build on your skills in a gradual and structured manner. Each session will incorporate a walk and fun activities to work on your skills. Enjoy the views, the fresh air and the social aspects of a Nordic Walking class.
Session 2: recap of gear 1 and covers gear 2
Session 3: recap of gear 1 and 2 and introduces gear 3
Session 4: recap of gears 1, 2 and 3 and introduces gear 4. Graduate with your passport and be let loose to enjoy Nordic Walking UK Sessions all over the UK.
Location Notes:
Between the 1st March to 31st October (08.00- 20.00) East Green car park is 2.00 pounds per hour. Between the 1st November to 28th/29th February (08.00- 20.00) East Green car park is 1.20 per hour. There is free street parking on the side streets. We meet outside of the East Beach Cafe so allow time for parking.
