The Discovery session is a great way for you to find out more about WALX
At WALX there is something for everyone, we can support you in being able to you walk well by improving posture, getting fitter, being part of a social group whilst walking in this is stunning area , getting you ready for a challenge you have signed up for and finding out more how Total Body Walking can get you fitter and stronger.
All the sessions will be delivered at the right level for you by a qualified instructor to support YOU so You can get the best from the session.
The session will include some of the elements WALX has to offer
· Walking better by improving YOUR posture and you have the opportunity to try Total Body walking with Poles
· Improving strength, mobility, flexibility and fitness
· Improving YOUR Wellness as you Connect with Nature Afterwards
You will have the opportunity to have a short walk with or without poles to put into practice some of the things you have discovered to help you walk better.
