Walk Description:

The Walk Experience Set around the beautiful lake at Tiddenfoot, this mostly flat route provides an accessible and enjoyable total body walking workout, making it ideal for all ages and fitness levels. We can also include:  Light strength and mobility exercises Technique coaching (posture, pole use, rhythm) Gentle progression at your own pace As we walk, we take in sections of the Grand Union Canal, offering a calm waterside setting where you can enjoy nature, fresh air, and wildlife all year round. From the very first session, you’ll notice the friendly, sociable atmosphere, where conversation flows easily and everyone is made to feel welcome.  

Location Notes:

The walk starts and finishes in the pub car park,
