Walk Description:

Our Wellness WALX are great for those who are getting back into exercise, have a health condition or simply want to move well and be fit for life! Our wellbeing Instructors are qualified to deliver WALX for all levels so it’s never too late to take that first step. These WALX may incorporate breathing and relaxation, balance work or flexibility and strength exercise helping you feel a great sense of wellbeing.

Location Notes:

Riverside Car Park has a voluntary payment system. There are public toilets at the car park, if these are closed there are facilities available at the Norseman Hotel. The Norseman is also a great place to call in for a coffee after a walk! Wick Bus Station is also situated at the car park so easy to get to using the local bus service.
