Walk Description:

 Join us for our regular Wednesday Explorer WALX as we head out for approximately 90 minutes of fresh air, good company and gentle exercise. Our route will take in a variety of paths and local scenery, offering plenty of opportunities to chat, connect with nature and enjoy the benefits of walking together.

The pace will be steady and sociable, with time to appreciate the surroundings while building fitness and wellbeing. Whether you're a regular or joining us for the first time, you'll be assured of a warm welcome.

Whilst we do understand that sometimes it is not possible to make a class, please be aware that we do operate a no refund policy if you give us less than 2 hours’ notice.

Please ensure your PARQ is up to date and notify us in writing if you have any changes to your medical records or physical or mental wellbeing. This should include any surgery, falls, knocks or accidents.
