WALX with Vibes – Total Body Walking Experience

Join us for a fun, energising WALX with Vibes session where walking becomes a full-body workout. Using our wireless headphones, you'll be guided through an immersive experience with motivating music, expert coaching and a variety of exercises designed to improve your fitness, strength and wellbeing.

This isn't just a walk! Throughout the session we'll combine brisk walking with simple bodyweight exercises, mobility, balance, strength and cardio intervals to give you a complete workout in the beautiful surroundings of Wareham Forest.

Total Body Walking poles are optional – if you have your own poles and enjoy using them, bring them along. If you prefer to walk without poles, that's absolutely fine too. The session is suitable for all fitness levels, and every exercise can be adapted to suit your ability.

Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, boost your mood, meet like-minded people or simply enjoy exercising outdoors, WALX with Vibes offers a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can move at their own pace.

Good to Know Free parking available. There are no toilet facilities at the car park. Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and supportive walking shoes or trainers. Bring a drink, especially in warmer weather. Sessions take place outdoors, so please dress appropriately for the weather.

Location Notes:

Take the Bere Regis road from Wareham. Travel for about 1 mile, as you leave the outskirts of Wareham look for the sign to the Sika Trail Car Park on the right-hand side. Alternatively if you are you are coming from Bakers arms roundabout head towards Wareham on the A351. At the Holton Heath roundabout, Sandford roundabout and the Morden Road roundabout continue straight on. AT the next roundabout take the 2nd exit right and then at the bottom of the hill roundabout (which is at the back of the railway crossing) also second exit right onto the Bere Road. Continue for approximately 1 mile through the residential area and beyond the 50 mph limit. You will see a sign on the left to the Sika Trail Car Park which is just 100m past the sign on the right hand side of the road.
