Our FREE Discovery Sessions are an easy, relaxed way to meet us and find out whether
WALX Coast & Country feels right for you.We'll have a chat about what you'd like to get from being more active and explain the different activities available.You can ask anything you like.We'll help you understand which sessions are best suited to your current fitness and confidence, so you don't have to work it all out yourself.
There's no expectation that you should already be fit and no pressure to commit.
Lots of our members were nervous before their first session. That feeling usually disappears very quickly once they've met us.
