There is no pressure to keep up or reach a certain fitness level. Everyone walks at a comfortable pace, and all exercises can be adapted to suit your ability. Your walk is led by Mike Neary, a qualified Tai Chi Qigong Rehabilitation Instructor with many years of experience helping people improve balance, mobility and confidence through safe, effective movement. After the walk, why not stay for a tea, coffee or a social drink at the Royal Mail Cart? It's a great opportunity to chat, relax and become part of our friendly WALX community.
