You'll then be ready to join our friendly WALX With Life Balance walks in and around Leighton Buzzard, where you can put your new skills into practice. For some people, it's about becoming fitter. And for many, it's simply about getting out of the house, enjoying the fresh air and sharing a walk, conversation and perhaps a coffee with other people.
