Walk Description:
This walk starts by walking through the pretty Luddenden Village moving onto stocks lane with a short steep ascent up Stocks Lane and cutting down onto Benn's Lane towards the scenic stream-side paths around Goit side. Heading back up the valley side via Cow Lane taking us onto Dean House Lane towards Oatsroyd Mill, with a final downhill stretch following Luddenden Lane to our starting point. This is a moderately challenging walk focused on improving fitness and stamina, so you need to be comfortable with walking up and down hills and on variable terrain (including cobbled areas).
