Hello autumn!
Summer may be over, but we are entering a beautiful season for getting outside. We can look forward to stunning views, changing colours and more comfortable temperatures as we explore our gorgeous Sussex countryside.
If you have been thinking about joining WALX Coast and Country, or you have not walked with us for a while, this friendly session is the perfect opportunity to meet Denise and have a chat before getting started.
We will begin with a relaxed 20 minute refresher on how to walk effectively with poles. Afterwards, we will enjoy a coffee and a chat, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and find out which walks and activities would suit you best.
Come along, refresh your technique and feel confident about joining us this autumn.
