Walk Description:
Walks with Vibes is a fun, energising one-hour outdoor walking fitness session with uplifting music played through wireless headphones.
During the session, we’ll mix different walking paces with a few simple exercises along the way, giving you a fantastic full-body workout while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful forest surroundings. The session is suitable for different abilities, and you’ll be encouraged to work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Free parking is available, but please be aware that there are no toilets at the location.
The route is mainly along stone forest tracks and may include a slight hill. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing with supportive footwear suitable for outdoor walking.

Location Notes:
Take the Bere Regis road from Wareham. Travel for about 1 mile, as you leave the outskirts of Wareham look for the sign to the Sika Trail Car Park on the right-hand side. Alternatively if you are you are coming from Bakers arms roundabout head towards Wareham on the A351. At the Holton Heath roundabout, Sandford roundabout and the Morden Road roundabout continue straight on. AT the next roundabout take the 2nd exit right and then at the bottom of the hill roundabout (which is at the back of the railway crossing) also second exit right onto the Bere Road. Continue for approximately 1 mile through the residential area and beyond the 50 mph limit. You will see a sign on the left to the Sika Trail Car Park which is just 100m past the sign on the right hand side of the road.
