Join us for a gentle walk through the beautiful Arne landscape, taking time to enjoy the surroundings at an easy pace. Along the way, there will be the option to take part in a few simple mindful activities, giving you the opportunity to pause, breathe and connect with nature.

Please note there is a fee for entry into the reserve of £7 - free for RSPB members
