Walk Description:
You are invited to attend the first session of a four week 'Learn to Nordic walk' course that will help you understand just how beneficial Nordic walking can be and how it is far more than just walking with poles!
This session will give you an insight into how the poles can propel you along and work the whole body. You will understand why it is important to learn the technique properly in order to get maximum benefits.
You will only be expected to pay the course fee if you decide to attend the remaining three sessions.
Location Notes:
Meet in the Car Park. Car parking charge is £2.50 for 2 hours via Ringo. The car park location number is 36106 (Bury Road car park)
