Wednesday Walkabout on 18th May was a fab walk from Chorleywood station to Chalfont and Latimer along the Chess Valley – we had a crystal clear river, wide open fields, shady woodlands, watercress beds and horses. Lunch at The Bedford Arms was an added bonus, bur we felt like we had earned it after 7.5 miles. Well done to those Strider members who completed our first excursion out on the Met line for many months.
