Walk Description:

An attractive end of term walk of up to 2 hours starting from the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre in Craven Arms. Come back after the weekend for a full description of this walk which I will be finalising then after checking underfoot conditions - but if you like a mystery, sign up anyway! The details show the maximum time, length and likely difficulty.

Nordic Walx are simply sociable Nordic walks in a mixed ability group, enjoying beautiful locations in and around South Shropshire and beyond. Most routes are circular and will try to make the most of the beautiful countryside around us.

Dress to suit the weather, including sunscreen, if necessary, and bring water.

We are adhering to Covid-19 protocols. Please use your own poles and bring your own water.

Please do not book on for for a walk if you have symptoms or have been in contact with some one who has symptoms. Thank you for your understanding. 

Photos may be taken during the walk for use on the WALX in the Marches website, on social media, and occasionally, shared more widely with WALX/Nordic Walking UK. If you are not happy for your image to be used in any of these ways, please let me know.

Location Notes:

Meet at the front of the Centre. £2,50 per day for Parking in the Centre car park (to go to the Charity, Grow, Cook, Learn). Free to members of the Discovery Centre. Toilets inside the centre, during opening hours (10 am - 5 pm). Cafe with indoor and outdoor seating.
