We don’t just exercise – we also socialise extremeley well! Our summer party this year was afternoon tea at Wilverley. Trev produced the most delicious scones with clotted cream and jam, a fine selection of finger sandwiches and some great cakes – including the lovely ones brought along by various guests. All washed down with
